East Garston's 19th Century

Dave Knight has written a second book on the village's history, entitled "East Garston's 19th Century". It includes chapters on the Church, School, Farms, Lambourn Valley Railway etc.
The book can be ordered directly on line from the publishers "Blurb" by clicking here but Dave feels that, despite waiving his rights to a profit, the books are prohibitively expensive. Copies will be placed in the reference sections of the Berkshire Records Office (Reading), the Berkshire Family History Society (Reading), Newbury Library and Lambourn Library (fondly hoping that the latter has a future).
If, despite this, sufficient people were desirous of owning their own copy, it would be possible to obtain volume discounts (10% off for orders of 10+ with a unit reduction in delivery cost).
