Macmillan Fundraiser - Tuesday 29th September

Drop-in Morning

Tuesday 29th September

10:30 – 12:30

East Garston Village Hall

Car Park

We are planning a socially distanced drop-in morning instead of a Coffee Morning this year and your help in the following ways would be greatly appreciated:

  • Providing items for our tombola stall
  • Donating prizes for our fundraising prize draw
  • Providing items for a Plants, Preserves and Produce stall

          Plants in pots and labelled please

          Jam, Marmalade, Chutney, Pickles, etc. labelled please

          Produce (if you have any left) in transparent bags please

  • Helping on the day
  • Buying and selling prize draw tickets (full details below)
  • COMING ALONG ON THE DAY!

Priscilla’s Café will be open for refreshments.

FUNDRAISING PRIZE DRAW

We are extremely grateful to the following local people and organisations for donating prizes in our fabulous Prize Draw:

Ruth Jordan (Priscilla’s Kitchen): An afternoon tea hamper for two people to be ordered at the winner’s convenience
